It wasn’t easy.
Ava started pre-school today as she missed the cut off to start school in August.
She starts with the bus on Friday, so Amanda and I took her today.
Here is our little girl…
She had no issues leaving us at the entrance of her classroom.
She turned around to give me a hug…
…and I lost it.
Ah, I can be a big crybaby when it comes to things like dropping her off places.
This is why I do what I do though, so I will never miss these moments.
You won’t catch me bragging about how much I grind, or work my face off.
Nah, that ain’t my style.
So many of these entrepreneurs think that is the cool thing to do.
And Grant Cardone & Gary V are somewhat to blame, as that is what they push.
I am a Gary V fanboy, but working 18 hour days is something I don’t agree with him on.
And there is not a right or wrong, I guess.
What do YOU want?
That is what you need to figure out.
Sadly, a lot of people don’t know what they actually want.
I didn’t for years. I chased the money, as I thought that is what I wanted.
I was wrong.
I never sat down to think about what I actually wanted.
When Ava was born (3 years ago), my priorities got flipped turned upside down.
My adivce is to find someone living the life you want, and hire them.
Or buy their courses.
Or follow them.
Get on their email list.
Ask them questions.
Send them a letter in the mail.
Try and get “on their radar”. You’d be surprised how accessible most people are, especially with social media.
You’re basically reverse engineering the lifestyle YOU want.
Don’t make it more difficult than it needs to be.
It’s your life, so you need to sit and think about what you truly want.

Heading out the door to trick or treat and I need to get my costume on.
Pictures in tomorrow’s email for you — that’s a promise!
