It saddens me in how many businesses I come across that don’t get this.
Common sense isn’t so common
Its time to start treating your customers better or they will not be your customer. It’s about RETENTION.
It’s simple, here are a few tips;
- Say “Thank You” (so simple, but often forgotten)
- Don’t always look for the sale, build a relationship
- Treat your employees right
- EVERY employee is the face of your brand, so in turn, EVERY employee is in marketing
Seems simple doesn’t it? Yea, it does, but so many business owners are worried about their bottom line. Not about their customer. They worry about themselves, not the end user.
Such a BIG mistake.
Give a shit about your people! Give them a reason to spread the word about your service/product. Give them something to Facebook/Tweet/blog/brag about.
“Wow” your people.
Listen to your people.
Genuinely care for your people.
Give them a reason to come back and you’ll never have to sell.
Start now, tomorrow might be too late.
