Do you practice it?
I write out DAILY what I am grateful for.
Sometimes 2-3 times per day.
Per my habit tracking app, I have wrote down what I am grateful for something 122 days in a row.
Remember — You cannot improve what you do not measure.
A couple weeks ago I launched a 6 week online training. We started last week and had 14 people invest in the training. In the opening email, I asked for them to send me their home address.
No, this is not some Buffalo Bill type shit ala Silence of the Lambs type thing.

I just wanted to send out hand written thank you cards to show my appreciation for investing in me and my training.
7 or 8 people responded.
Two cards went to Canada.
One went to Singapore.
The rest went to people here in the states.
Admittedly, I have the penmanship of a 3rd grader (which is putting 3rd graders down). That didn’t matter, I sent them anyways.
ALWAYS show appreciation to the people who invest in you. I’m not sure if there is a positive ROI from it, but it feels damn good to do.
