It amazes me that businesses do not respond to Facebook status’, @ replies on Twitter and/or reviews on Google Places/Yelp.

It’s like not answering the phone when someone calls. No more running away from Social Media. It’s time to adapt to the changes. It’s time to understand that this is important and it is not going away. It’s time to go all in.
Quit pushing your message. Bring me in, don’t push your message. Let me like you so I have the CHOICE to buy from you.
Don’t force it.
