Took the kids to see grandma & grandpa last week in So. Cal.
A 4 hour trip there, as I left at night, and they slept the entire way.
A 6.5 hour trip back, Friday afternoon, as part of the ROAD COLLAPSED!!!
A firetruck FELL OFF THE DAMN ROAD!
And here I am complaining about my trip taking 6+ hours.
I watched the documentary, Becoming Warren Buffett, on HBO last night, and I highly recommend it.
What an interesting, interesting man.
If you get the chance, check it out.
There was a part in the movie where he talked about a time where he first met Bill Gates. Gates’ Mom, the dinner host, asked everyone at the dinner table to identify the single most important factor to their success.
Buffett and Gates wrote down ONE word: FOCUS.
It reminds me of a meme I found a couple months back that was a quote from Steve Jobs, and it read…
All 3 mention the power of focus.
How focused are you?
Are you trying to do too much?
Are you “all in” on your current business or are you dabbling with a few things?
Just a few questions to ponder, some I am pondering myself.
