By far, the weirdest picture I’ve used on this site.
And it might just be the weirdest picture I’ve seen in awhile.
What in the Hell is that?
A guy with a gas (?) mask racing a toilet?
And barely winning…
Not my college GPA, I wasn’t that good of a student 😉
That’s the percentage of my daily habits I completed last week.
Honestly, a pretty pathetic start to 2017.
I track 19 daily habits, 7 days a week.
Not all are to be completed daily, but most are.
I break it down into 4 categories, in order of importance;
But Adam you put ‘mind’ & ‘health’ over ‘relationships’?
You’re damn right I do.
I need to take care of myself before I can take care of others.
I have daily habits for each category and I track them with a pen & paper — I’m old school.
I print off a sheet every Monday and tally up how I did each week. My goal is to accomplish 85% each week.
When I hit 85% or higher; life just seems to flow much better.
I lost a few days last week, which means I lost the week. Luckily, I have 3 more weeks to win, and I can then win the month.
If I win the month, I’m off to a damn good start for 2017.
It all comes back to daily habits.
Day in & day out.
Doing the work.
It’s called the Slight Edge (my favorite book)
Here is a video I recently recorded, called Why You Should Focus on Winning the Day
